The Report
Inspection Example Report

Almost as important as the inspector you use is the type of report you will receive at the end of the inspection.  Using the right inspector, combined with the right report, you will end up with a virtual manual for your home.  Card Inspection Services uses HomeHubZone reporting software, combined with on-site mobile technology we provide you with a report that has many features not available in traditional home inspection reports.

Features of a Card Inspection Services Report:

  • Photos of deficiencies added right into the report

  • Narrative Reporting- We not only let you know what the deficiency was but also why it is a deficiency and how to correct it

  • Deficiencies are organized by severity and by system so they are easy for you to sort through and find when you need to reference them

  • Videos can be added right into the report to further define what the deficiency was

  • Appliance and mechanical systems model and serial numbers are added right into the report, and links to operation manuals are provided right in the report.

  • If recalls of the appliances are available they are added into the report
